I placed my order April 11 and I emailed them April 21st asking them about when my item will ship .Same day I got an email saying it’s awaiting shipment. April 23 I get an email saying my order is cancelled it’s out of stock and they don’t have a restock date .
Will never order anything directly from Kiara Sky again, it’s been 10 business days & I still don’t have my order. That’s just too long. I love their products so I will try to order through Amazon next time.
Customer Service for this company is awful.
I ordered 6 items to be delivered internationally, so I paid for the shipping. It states that it can take up to 5-8 days for dispatch, but instead they took 2 weeks to actually dispatch me my items. After messaging via Instagram I got a generic message back telling me it’ll be dispatched in a few days. Then having chased again, I was told either the same day or following day for dispatch. It got to say 12, where I had to repeatedly chase, comment under posts etc to provoke a response. I was lied too several times and ignored, quite clearly as I could see my messages showing as “Seen”. 2 emails later to their customer service email, I got a refund with no explanation.
Finally having got my items, I was missing an item and had to work out what I was refunded for myself.
I was so excited to be able to purchase from Kiara Sky but they just seem like they simple don’t care and don’t bother communicating to their customers properly.
I got a small apology for the delay and that was it. It’s not good enough.
Don’t oversell and underdeliver. I won’t be ordering again, I don’t think.
Seem like they don’t care about their customer at all lol.. I need my tools asap so I paid extra for “Express” shipping. However, they decided to do what ever they want and ship my packed “ground” shipping. Also, I ordered about 5 things but took them 2 weeks to fullfilled the package. I contact the customer care and all they give me back is “Seen”. No explaination what so ever...
I placed an order for their set a 17 nail drill bits. Within 24 hours I canceled the order because I realized I didn’t need it. I received an email from the Customer Service telling me my order had been canceled and then I would receive my refund within 2 to 4 days. The next day I received an email saying that my package is on its way. I emailed Customer Service again asking why the package had been sent out even though they clearly told me the order had been canceled. I was really relying on getting my refund within 2 to 4 days. They told me to call the mail service to ask if they could track down the package and send it back to Kira sky. That is obviously not how delivery services work. Their customer service was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to give me my refund until I rejected the package and sent it back to them. This was completely their fault in a mistake made on their end and yet I am the one being asked to go through the work to get them their product back even though they told me it wasn’t going to be sent at all. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM

I have ordered from Kiara Sky a few times now and I am very happy with their quality of products and shipping during the time of covid in the US. Compared to several other nails supply companies I am impressed with their customer service! First experience I took a shot in the dark regarding an order I placed and they next day received an email regarding a sale, as the order was unfulfilled they refunded me for the sale amount of my order. Much appreciated!! Unfortunately, someone may have stolen my delivery of products when the post office left it. I had two very prompt email exchanges regarding my order and a replacement is on the way!
i am not one to leave reviews but their attentiveness has motivated me.
They Gelly tips had me hooked at the first try and their gel polishes are affordable with out skimping on salon grade quality. I see myself expanding my at home salon with a number of their products and plan to save up for their lamp and efile. Hopefully they add alcohol ink polishes as well.
I have yet to be disappointed by this company. Shipping is always on time, neatly packaged, and the quality of the product is out of this world. Gelly tips have become a fan favorite with my clientele; the fume free system is perfect for nail artists working in tight spaces. I am forever a KS fan!
My 1st order back in May 2020 I ordered FLASHING LIGHTS rub it cost 13.99. When my item arrived it only had about 2mm worth of powder in a 1 inch container. So someone took some of my powder or gave me their old one. It was all over the place and it wasn't in a box. 2nd bad experience I ordered PORTABLE NAIL DRILL - PINK 349.00 July 3 2020 for my birthday on 7-22.They never sent it, but claimed they did. I was called a liar & mocked. I was told they sent it and i wouldn't get another. :( I had to fight to get my product. I finally received it July 24th, 2020 after contacting the owner. The owner said they mixed up packaging, but I clearly saw they didn't box up another order till after I called the owner. I have informed delivery I can see everything that's been issued for my address. The customer service agent I was dealing with is Clarissa. To add insult to injury She shipped my drill Fed ex to a Po box at the slowest speed possible. When it was supposed to be expedited. I had removed all my bad reviews after I spoke with the owner, but then They had to insult me one last time. Fed Ex doesn't even deliver to PO box unless its smart post and it wasn't. I intercepted the package at Walgreens. Clarissa also gave me a gift card for 50.00 for my trouble. Guess what the code was invalid. Go figure. I did eventually get the gift card after I complained and was extremely rude to her. Their employees are awful.I wont be a returning for awhile. As much as I love Kiara Sky's products it saddens me that I have to shop somewhere else now. Customer service is everything to me.
